Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy. Since all our items are custom-made to order, we do not offer any returns on IW Swag products.

If you have a problem with your order, you can contact us at support@integratedwebworks.com. We will do our best to make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges. Each order is custom created upon placing the order. Please verify you are ordering the correct size before placing the order.
